Putting our focus on managing a maximum of our legal issues in-house, we are dealing with a broad variety of legal cases - comparable to a law firm. This open position is located at the department «Legal Services Corporate/M&A», which is in charge of all legal matters, both domestic and international, related to corporate issues, mergers & acquisitions and the management of equity capital. It provides legal advice to the management boards and to other departments of RBI and RZB with a focus on (re-) organizing, acquiring and selling companies, primarily in CEE, and on equity capital management transactions.
