Junior Consumer & Market Research Analyst Our Business Intelligence team is looking for an analytically-minded individual who can grant us a greater insight into our users and their perception of us and our competitors. Working independently, you will program, conduct and manage multinational online surveys aimed at gauging user awareness, usage and preference. Delving into the data you receive, you will perform analyses using Excel and other analytics tools. You will inform key stakeholders of your findings and provide recommendations for how they may capitalize on them. If you can create an image of our users from raw data and want to affect how we move forward, we'd like to hear from you. Holds a degree in Statistics or a social science (e.g. Sociology, Psychology, Economics or Communication Science) where there is a strong focus on statistics and research methodology. Has some previous experience (such as an internship) working with a research agency. A previous junior position within a research agency would be a bonus. Is comfortable using SPSS on a daily basis. Previous experience with R or survey software would be beneficial. Has good Excel skills and can put together professional PowerPoint presentations. Has a fantastic eye for detail and can be trusted to work independently. Speaks English (our company language) fluently. As the surveys conducted will be multinational, fluency in either Spanish, Italian or French would be a big plus. Can start as soon as possible.
