To start as soon as possible we are looking for a Insights Expert (M/F) for the RWE Innovation Hub hosted by RWE Consulting GmbH RWE is one of Europe's largest energy companies and it has bold plans to become the energy industries innovation leader. The RWE Innovation Hub is leading this charge, disrupting RWE's business model and shaping the future of the industry. We have set up outposts in Silicon Valley, Berlin and Tel Aviv, created Lighthouses to focus our efforts in specific areas of customer insight, and are now rapidly developing and testing new business models in small, dedicated Proof of Concept teams. These teams are the driving force of the RWE Innovation Hub. Using Lean and Agile methodologies and operating with a start-up mentality they are building the new business models which will transform RWE. This isn't just another job at a big utility company. The Insights, Ideation and Incubation team leads the building of customer insights for the Hub and we need an Insights Expert to join the team to help drive this forward. Your tasks: Develop insights capabilities in the RWE Innovation Hub through trainings and workshops Perform quantitative and qualitative insights research to develop opportunity spaces Support teams on different levels of insights in the entire innovation process Manage cooperation with external insights agencies Development, planning and implementation of international market research projects Your profile: Experience in leading international insights teams You have developed ethnographic skills by experience Familiar in working with innovation tools Excellent analytical and communications skills Fluent in English and German, knowledge of Dutch would be an advantage Please note the following: Contract Type: Permanent or Fixed Term Contract Employment Fraction Full-time Remuneration AT / PC (Group) Company RWE Consulting GmbH Functional Area RWE Innovation Hub
