We are therefore seeking for an Accounts Executive / Assistant (m/f) based in Singapore Your duties would consist of: Responsible for timely and accurate processing of invoices / staff claims according to defined processes including verification, coding and posting Maintain and reconcile sub-ledgers to ensure completeness Vendor queries handling Vendor SOA reconciliations and follow up AP Ageing and KPI reporting requirements Assist in completing internal / external audits as well as quarter requirements Assist in other tasks as required Support Senior Accounts Executive and other adhoc duties assigned Your profile: Certification / Diploma in Accountancy Minimum 2 years experiences in relevant position Shipping / Ship Management background is a plus Experience with SAP or similar Accounting software Experience with MS Office Good analytical, problem solving & prioritization skills Ability to meet deadlines, accurate, flexible and with positive working attitude Good written and verbal communications skills in English are required A team player and able to work independently Our office in Singapore is located in 8 Shenton Way #42-01, and we offer you the opportunity to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic team in an international environment.
