To strengthen our Team here in Zurich, we are looking for a Account Manager Engine Services (w/m), Ref. ESCA You are responsible for the smooth transition of customer's requirement, from contracting to fulfillment, for the development, retention and appropriate expansion of the customer relationship, for one or multiple accounts. In that function you will report to the Head of Account Management Engine Services. Your tasks: Assure transfer of new contract into Account Management and Operations Responsibility on overall contract profitability , including management of financial risk and opportunities Manage shop visit from slot planning and phase-in to service redelivery through setting target to operations, monitoring and challenging work scope changes and fulfillment Communicate schedule status and price development to customer and solve escalated issues Review and comment profitability, report to management Lead invoicing to cash collection internally and with customer Report service level, analyze risks and opportunities to initiate improvement measures Manage customer relationship including feedback handling, customer visits, contract review meeting Your profile: University degree either in Engineering or Business Administration At least 3 years of professional experience in customer related positions, ideally in MRO/aviation industry Excellence communication skills Strong commercial background and analytical skills Fluent in German and English (oral/written) Team player, flexible and stress resistant, ready to deliver extra efforts Your chance We offer you an attractive position in a global and dynamic company in the aviation industry.
