For our headquarter in Stuttgart (Germany) we are looking for a Overall responsibility for the global SAP Solution Manager as Application Lifecycle Management tool for SAP systems of Celesio Business Units Setup/configure SAP Solution Manager scenarios: Solution Documentation, Change and Control Management, Test Management. Establish/maintain procedures and guidelines for Projects and Solution Documentation as well as for end-to-end change control management. Maintain process for incident- and problem management, establish procedures for use through the full Application Lifecycle Management. Assure alignment of ITIL processes with focus on touch points between Celesio ONE IT Global Enterprise Applications, Global Service Delivery and external service provides. Assure deliverables from Celesio SAP Technology consultants responsible for setup of Technical Operations for SAP production systems (system administration, system monitoring, data volume management, root cause analysis etc.). Interaction with application support team to identify opportunities for improvement of procedures and tools. 3rd level support/subject matter expert. 4-6 years of experience in the area of SAP Solution Manager 7.1 (SP10 or above) from implementation and upgrade projects, configuration and activation of work centers as well as from operations of the environment. Experience in process management, ITIL and GxP for Application Lifecycle Management processes. Experience with configuration and use of IT Service Management such as Incident and Problem Management, Test Management, Solution Documentation and Implementation. Very good insight in SAP Solution Manager work-centers. Experience from large international companies is an advantage. Ability to work independently, good organizational skills. Strong analytical skills combined with a very good ability to work in teams. Good written and oral presentation skills (English). Curious, solution oriented, interested in a challenging and wide-ranging work. Motivation, enthusiasm and strong interest in its field, and willingness to share with others.
